2. Scope of Service & MLB Disclaimer

That's My Pitch provides fan-oriented tools for tracking baseball broadcast metrics, foul ball moments, and personalized digital souvenir certificates.

3. User Content & Conduct

Users may submit catch memories, notes, seating details, and personal photos of baseballs. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant That's My Pitch a non-exclusive license to display and host that content solely in connection with your souvenir card and our service.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful, nor attempt to interfere with the platform's security or automated infrastructure.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service and its digital certificates are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for personal, recreational use. We make no guarantees that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, That's My Pitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
