• Email address: Used as your unique account identifier.
• Profile name and picture: Used to display ownership attribution on your tagged foul ball cards.
• Catch metadata: Voluntary information you enter, such as seating section/row/seat, personal catch stories, and uploaded baseball photos.

2. Use of Data

We use the collected information solely to provide, maintain, and secure our service, manage user sessions, and allow owners to view, share, and edit their tagged foul ball souvenirs.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use or transfer user data obtained through Google OAuth for serving advertisements, personalized marketing, or retargeting.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and souvenir cards for as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated foul ball cards at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at blangemo@gmail.com, and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
